📦 Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days after purchase, once all items are in stock. Some items may take longer to process due to availability or other factors. If there are delays, we will notify you immediately.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, your order will typically arrive within 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress and know exactly when it will arrive.

Recommendations

We roast our coffee beans to a light style, carefully roasting fresh beans to highlight the unique flavors and characteristics of each origin.

For the best brewing experience: Wait at least 2 weeks after the roasting date before brewing. This allows the beans to degas and develop their full flavor profile.

Tax & Customs Policy

For international shipments, please be advised that there may be additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees depending on the destination country. Please note that any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities in your country. These fees are not included in the shipping or product costs.
