Slightly more developed than our ultra-light roast, designed to create a fuller, rounder flavor structure while maintaining a bright profile.

Characteristics:

  • More pronounced and structured acidity
  • Richer and more complex aromatic profile
  • Higher body and a more direct front-palate impact
  • Still maintains a light-roast character, just a touch deeper than ultra-light

"Light" here does not mean medium or dark; it represents a deliberate refinement in pursuit of balance and expressive flavor.
