About farm: El Escarabajo Farm is a specialty coffee processing station in Tolima, Colombia, founded by Jaime and Juan Pablo. Drawing on decades of coffee industry experience, the two founders are dedicated to showcasing classic flavor profiles typical of the Tolima terroir. Nestled in the Andes Mountains, the farm benefits from volcanic soil and diverse microclimates that build remarkable flavor complexity.
