About farm: The estate was established in 2007, when it was acquired by the Perez family as part of the HDR conglomerate. From the very beginning, the family chose to cultivate the renowned Geisha variety, which thrives in the estate's high-altitude environment at 1,800–2,000 meters above sea level. Driven by a deep passion for coffee farming, the estate gradually expanded and now dedicates approximately five hectares to the cultivation of carefully selected coffee varieties. Alongside coffee production, the land also forms part of the company's integrated livestock operation, reflecting a balanced and diversified agricultural approach. In 2024, the estate opened to the public for the first time, welcoming visitors to experience its natural beauty firsthand. Guests are invited to explore scenic trails, discover the rich local flora and fauna, and enjoy a cup of coffee grown, harvested, and proudly produced on the estate itself. |
